The KTM and Husqvarna WP48 Air to spring conversion kit is aimed to suit all the range of KTM's and Husqvarna that come equipped with the WP48 AER fork as standard. This includes Ktm's SXF, SX ,XC and XCF models as well as Husqvarna's equivalent bikes in the FC, TC,TX and FX range.
If its got WP AER48 forks in your bike as OEM equipment , this kit will fit. No need to ever set air pressure again, transforming front end feel, corner entry and less pressure / spring rate variables whilst riding over long distance.

Our WP Air to spring conversion kit is a complete replacement cartridge assembly for your current WP AER setup. It is designed to completely remove all the Air system from your current WP AER 48 fork and replace it with a preload adjustable spring and cartridge setup. High Quality German Engineered ‘Eibach’ Springs are available to suit varying rider weights. Please advise upon order which spring you require (see recommendations below) or let us know your weight and speed and we will recommend the best spring for you.

For example a 72 kg Pro rider falls into the 0.88kg/mm category but may well be better suited to a 0.92kg spring due to the much higher corner entry speed and the ability to hit large bumps at high speeds. Please note this guide is for rider weight ‘without’ gear.
Please note we have had great results using one spring down for Veteran/ C level riders on the 450 machines. Eg. 90kg rider running a 0.96kg/mm spring for a plusher ride.

Our Gas Bladder kit Converts your WP XPLOR shock to a Bladder nitrogen system allowing the shock to perform at a high 'Factory' Level. The Oem Unit in these WP shocks have a floating piston standard that separates the oil and gas from mixing. The issue with this while it is cheap to produce, generates heat and friction as the piston moves up and down along with the shocks movement when hitting bumps.
We find a much better feeling and performance from this shock when it is changed to bladder system as found on the Factory WP Trax shock and all Japanese Showa/KYB units. Making an already great WP shock better.
All Kits are Billet machined and supplied with Genuine KYB bladders internally for a high quality, ease of ordering spares and reassurance.

Krooztune’s Brand New Adjustable Performance Linkage Arms are CNC-machined from billet aluminum and are designed to stiffen up the initial linkage curve and improve the geometry of the chassis. This results in a much more stable ride at high speed and during bumpy corner entry.
Having a ‘high rear end feel’ whilst riding this bike gives the bike tremendous turn in for tight slow corners but takes away greatly the high speed stability and stable nature needed for fast sweeping bumpy turns. This all new linkage design allows you to test different lowering / Linkage arm lengths with the use of clip in / clip out buttons on the end of the arm. This gives you greater tunability to get this exactly how you like it. All settings pre tested and in instructions. Each linkage will be supplied with 4 buttons giving you 4 different length options.
