3 Way Shipping Suspension in these easy steps 

  1.  Contact us via email info@krooztune.com or 03 9720 0745 and discuss setup and shipping options. We will obtain email address here for shipping tracking through out the job
  2. We will ship out a suspension box to your door including everything you need to wrap your moto suspension easily
  3. Follow instruction video and package up the suspension, including filling out the rider info form supplied in this kit 
  4. Attach labels , Drop off at arranged depot ( fedex/TNT or Auspost)
  5. We will contact you as soon as it arrives

 

 

 All our parts ordered online are delivered Worldwide via Express post / DHL Express International and locally thru TNT / Auspost.  This results in a reliable trackable fast outcome.  

Locally suspension can be easily shipped Australia wide to our door for service or setup. 

We use and recommend TNT or Aus Post Express services for our parts and suspension work shipping.  All incoming suspension or parts will need to be wrapped and protected in bubble wrap and cardboard and easily shipped via Aus Post at any post office.  Just make sure parcels are under 105cm in length with Australia Post.  

Business to Business we find most reliable .  If you have a business address or have a friend with one we can arrange pick up and delivery of your parcel with little hassle via TNT overnight or road express.  Get you job in a hardcase or wrapped in bubble/cardboard and call for us to arrange.  We can easily email you shipping notes to print and attach to the box. A TNT driver will pick up direct from you and deliver to our door. 

If you cant hang around all day waiting for a TNT pickup or you dont have a business address, call us we can arrange the same TNT shipping info required but arrange for you to drop your parcel off to the nearest TNT depot at your convienience. 

We can also return this way for depot pickup. This option is almost the best and most reliable 

Please print and attach the Rider information Form to your job , at a minimum we require your name and phone number regardless of previous arrangent via phone/email.
