The KTM and Husqvarna WP48 Air to spring conversion kit is aimed to suit all the range of KTM's and Husqvarna that come equipped with the WP48 AER fork as standard. This includes Ktm's SXF, SX ,XC and XCF models as well as Husqvarna's equivalent bikes in the FC, TC,TX and FX range.
If its got WP AER48 forks in your bike as OEM equipment , this kit will fit. No need to ever set air pressure again, transforming front end feel, corner entry and less pressure / spring rate variables whilst riding over long distance.
Our WP Air to spring conversion kit is a complete replacement cartridge assembly for your current WP AER setup. It is designed to completely remove all the Air system from your current WP AER 48 fork and replace it with a preload adjustable spring and cartridge setup. High Quality German Engineered ‘Eibach’ Springs are available to suit varying rider weights. Please advise upon order which spring you require (see recommendations below) or let us know your weight and speed and we will recommend the best spring for you.
This kit fit's in minutes. If you can pull down and service your fork seals on the WP AER 48 fork you can install this kit. Info and instruction included.

General riding & Motocross applications
These recommendations are a guide only as fork Springs are weight and speed dependent. For example a 72 kg Pro rider falls into the 0.88kg/mm category but may well be better suited to a 0.92kg spring due to the much higher corner entry speed and the ability to hit large bumps at high speeds. Please note this guide is for rider weight ‘without’ gear.
Please note we have had great results using one spring down for Veteran/ C level riders on the 450 machines. Eg. 90kg rider running a 0.96kg/mm spring for a plusher ride.

A complete piston kit to suit all AER48 forks. This piston allows the compression shims to float (similar to Showa and KYB units) allowing instant plushness and rider feel. We are using the OEM piston in pro level setups ( MX National Level) that need the superior hold up over very big bumps at speed. This is not the majority!
From low A right thru to Vet level and juniour racers this kit allows a more forgiving fork that can be tuned from soft offroad right up to senior mx.

Fork and Shock Lowering kit designed to lower your WP Xplor Suspension
XPLOR EXC/EXC-F/XC-W/XCF-W 2017 – 2021 models
Manufactured and CNC machined here in Australia to include 3 variants designed to lower your WP Xplor Suspension in either 20, 30 or 40mm.
Our fork kit is made from billet alloy and matched with Acedal fork De-strokers. The Shock Base plate is machined from billet steel just like the OEM unit to retain factory function.
This lowering kit is finished in all black to result in a factory look finish inside your forks and shock.
Our fork de-stroker kit simply installs on the Rebound/Damper rods against the original ‘top-out’ spring to professionally lower the fork. The krooztune engineered billet alloy spring seats are then required to replace the oem seats to keep fork spring preload to spec.
Lowering the shock absorber is achieved using our CNC billet steel base plate, completely replacing the OEM unit and retaining original function whilst being lower.
The result is a bike that is professionally lowered and balanced just like the OEM stock bike, but with a lower seat height.
Kits will fit WP Xplor Forks and Shocks
EXC-F / XCF-W all models 2017-2021
This kit will not fit the XC/XC-F models. Although they have Xplor forks it is matched to a WP Xact linkage style shock. Our kits for these are available here:

This kit includes extensive Krooztune Engineered Hard Parts and 3 Trail tested setting options so you can best decide the base setting most suited to your speed and skill level. Matched with our 4 variant rebound setting this allows you to custom build your best setup.

Fork and Shock options are supplied in our Specification sheet with simple easy to follow tuning options for both Rebound and Compression.

All shock absorbers should be built with the usual shock building procedures. If in doubt leave this to a local qualified motorcycle mechanic or suspension builder. We offer an easy shipping service with in AUS to make this step a breeze.

Compression and Rebound Selection Options - Build your Own Custom Setup
All our Husqvarna Shock and Fork setting and data are supplied with various rebound settings ( 4 different variants to choose from) to suit all spring rates. Running OEM rebound damping on a stock oem shock for example will result in a super springy uncontrolled shock. The OEM setting does not offer enough control or damping to control a much heavier spring rate.
Choose a base compression setting from Soft/Medium/Firm and match it with the correct rebound in our specification sheet ( choose to match to your spring rate , info supplied) and you will have a superior rear end that is adjustable and controlled.
