  • Fork and shock servicing: Full strip-down, cleaning, inspection and rebuild.
  • Custom suspension setup: Valving and spring selection tailored to your bike, weight, riding level and preferred feel.
  • Krooztune kit installation: Fork and shock setup kits, Flow Adjuster systems and air-to-spring conversions.
  • Handling improvements: Address harshness, bottoming, poor support, traction and bike balance.

We service KYB, Showa and WP suspension, including popular motocross and off-road systems.

Motocross & Junior Bikes

From club riders to national-level racers, we develop settings to deliver the comfort, support and control you need for your pace and track conditions.

Off-Road & Trail Bikes

Setups for trail riding, enduro and competition, with a focus on comfort, traction and control across changing terrain.

Road & Adventure Bikes

Servicing and setup options to suit rider weight, luggage and intended use. Limited bookings are available, and forks and shocks must be removed before drop-off or shipping. Please call as spots are very limited due to labor shortage at the shop for road specialist.

What Happens During Your Service?

We confirm your requirements, then strip, clean and inspect your suspension in our dedicated, sealed suspension service area.

If we find worn or damaged components requiring additional work, we’ll call you with the cost for approval before proceeding.

Your suspension is rebuilt using quality components, fresh oil and the correct assembly specifications, then checked for correct operation. We carry an extensive range of genuine service parts and upgrades in-house to help keep turnaround times moving.

Local drop-off — Bayswater VIC
Bike and suspension drop-offs are arranged when booking. Complete bikes can be left with us by arrangement; our premises are fully insured.

Australia-wide suspension servicing
Sending your forks or shock? Call us before shipping to arrange the booking and delivery details. We can help with packaging advice, shipping boxes and prepaid freight labels, including suitable FedEx/TNT depot drop-off options.
