When you drop your suspension off at Krooztune, you’re not just booking a service – you’re handing your components over to a team who live and breathe suspension. We take pride in delivering factory-level results for every rider.
Initial Consultation
At drop-off, we’ll discuss your bike, riding style, terrain, and goals. This is the perfect time to go over existing issues, confirm setup preferences (sag, height, feel), and discuss tuning options or upgrades if needed. From there, the service begins.
Strip-Down & Inspection
Your forks and shock are fully stripped in our sealed, clean service area, free from contamination. Every part is carefully inspected for wear, damage, and fatigue. If we find anything beyond standard servicing, you'll receive a call before we proceed – giving you the option to approve or decline any extra work or parts.
This is often the best time to consider fresh valving, updated setup specs, or correcting geometry or spring rates to better suit your needs.
⚙️ Service & Assembly
Once approved, we rebuild your suspension using genuine WP and KYB components – ensuring every part meets the same standard as factory-level service. The only aftermarket brand we stock is SKF, offering premium low-friction seals trusted at the highest levels of racing and offroad trail riding.
Everything is assembled to specs, refilled with fresh oil, and tested for correct action.
