The Krooztune WP35 ATS (Air to Spring)  replaces the complete OEM air cartridge with our preload-adjustable coil spring system, delivering a more consistent, confidence-inspiring front end for KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS 50cc and 65cc models.

Spring Chart 50cc

The WP35 ATS 50cc Kit is supplied with one replacement spring, selected to suit the rider's weight. This spring is installed in the air cartridge leg and is designed to work in conjunction with the OEM spring retained in the damping leg, creating the correct combined spring rate for each rider. Three spring rate options are available, with the appropriate spring selected at the time of purchase.

Spring Chart 65cc

The 65cc WP35 ATS Kit is supplied with a matched pair of fork springs, selected to suit the rider's weight.

One spring is fitted to the ATS cartridge, while the second replaces the OEM spring in the damping leg. Installation is simple, requiring only removal of the fork cap in damping leg to exchange the spring.

Spring rate options are available to cover a wide range of rider weights and abilities.

Designed as a true bolt-in replacement, the WP35 ATS Kit installs quickly and easily with no machining or permanent modifications required. Simply remove the original air cartridge and install the complete Krooztune assembly.

Unlike air forks, which can vary in feel as temperature and pressure change, the WP35 ATS Kit provides predictable spring performance from the first lap to the last. Riders benefit from improved front-end feel, increased traction and greater confidence through braking bumps, ruts and rough circuits.

At the heart of the system is our race-developed hydraulic bottoming control, engineered to progressively increase damping during the final portion of the fork stroke. Similar in concept to the technology found in modern full-size race forks, this hydraulic system provides increased bottoming resistance during heavy landings and large impacts while maintaining exceptional plushness throughout the majority of the travel.

This allows the fork to remain soft and compliant over small bumps, yet deliver the support required when riders push harder or encounter the oversized obstacles that 50cc and 65cc bikes regularly face.

The preload-adjustable design allows simple tuning for rider preference, while our range of spring rates ensures every rider can achieve the correct setup.
