WP Air Fork Complete Midvalve Float Post Assembly - AER48
Fits 2017-2025 Ktm / Husqvarna AER48 fork.
A complete Mid Post piston kit to suit all AER48 forks. This piston assembly allows the compression shims to float (similar to Showa and KYB units) allowing instant plushness and rider feel. We are using the OEM piston in pro level setups ( MX National Level) that need the superior hold up over very big bumps at speed. This is not the majority though and we find many riders require a plusher feeling
From low A right thru to Vet level and juniour racers this kit allows a more forgiving fork that can be tuned from soft offroad right up to senior mx.
Kit includes:
- Piston and top plate
- Shim stack rebound ( inc optional setting)
- Shim Stack Compression ( inc optional setting)
- Complete post assembly
- Mid Comp Spring
- Instruction and Setting sheet to adjust base setup
- Optional setting inc for Light and heavy rebound settings
- Junior , Offroad , Vet MX and pro MX setting supplied.
Kit requires the oem piston band and oring to be swapped accross at time of intall. Suspension tech or a mechanic with suspension service knowledge will be required to install this part into the fron forks.
