The result is an even more refined and versatile suspension system, offering an improved feel and reataining our successful andsuperior compression adjustments. Say goodbye to compromises - our kit provides plush initial settings with the support needed for tackling larger hits.
Still finding your fork too soft or too firm? After installing this kit, we harness the power of the (FA) 'Flow adjuster' (now in replacement of LHS rebound adjuster) to control powerful comp adjustments. A mere 1 to 2 clicks in either direction can transform your fork, enabling effortless on-the-fly customization. Fine tune compression for small bump action remains the same on the top of the USD fork via the oem white clickers.
Compatible with WP Xact USD 48 forks, this kit includes:
- Compression 4 Port Pistons with base valving settings pre-installed.
- RHS - Mid Post inclusing base setting / shims installed and ready to fit onto the OEM shaft.
- LHS - Flow Adjuster post and mechanism, base shim settings pre-installed.
- Comprehensive installation instructions.
- Clicker settings and setup information.
- Additional optional valving settings for further fine-tuning, allowing adjustments to be made firmer or softer from the base settings.

The primary advantage of this kit is the ability to swiftly switch between extreme enduro plush and a firmer setting, all with a feel that can rival high-end suspension setups. Quick, on-the-fly adjustments to compression and trail feel can be achieved within seconds, thanks to key components and rigorous testing on trails and in forests.
Rebound damping remains available in both forks, ensuring even load distribution and an exceptional on-trail feel. Rebound adjustment is exclusively tunable through the RHS fork via the OEM red adjuster on the underside. In most cases, only minor double-click adjustments will be necessary from the base settings. The other rebound adjuster is now solely dedicated to controlling the Flow Adjuster compression, allowing for significant changes in compression to suit varying riding terrain on different days, whether you're at an MX park on Saturday or exploring trails the next day. With this system, you can fine-tune across a range of 10 clicks, spanning from plush trail riding to a firmer MX-style feel with exceptional hold-up.

Midvalve/Rebound Post Assembly: Designed to replace the OEM unit without the hassle of shims or settings, this post assembly can be easily bolted onto the RHS fork cartridge rod. Setting and valving are already installed to balance with our FA Post in the opposing fork, ensuring seamless integration.

Compression Pistons: 2 x 4-port compression pistons are ready for installation onto the OEM compression posts, complete with valving / shims settings. This design allows for a softer shim setting while providing superior control to prevent blowout and shim fatigue. Our setup sheet includes multiple settings to cover trail riding, soft settings, base settings, and firmer options.
