The Krooztune Fork Setup Kit combines our upgraded fork piston and leaf-style midvalve system with a damping setting tailored to your bike and your riding.

Each kit draws on years of Krooztune testing, development and setup data, with an extensive bank of settings for different bikes, riding disciplines and rider requirements. While the kit descriptions may look similar across models, the valving specification is selected for your individual order, rider and bike details.

Whether you want a plush, forgiving feel for off-road riding or stronger support for motocross and supercross, we build your kit around your bike, riding discipline, ability, weight and preferred suspension feel.

Your custom setup comes installed in the kit, ready for fitting into your forks.

Custom Setup Included

Upgraded Fork Piston Kit

• Complete bolt on Compression Assembly fully assembled and valved.
• Bolt on Mid post ( requires fitment of OEM Rebound Piston 

• Performance piston design for improved oil flow and more controlled damping

• Valving assembled to your selected setup specification

• Matched components for consistent assembly

• Setup data and specification sheets including adjusting valving either side of your setting softer or firmer, leaving you with mulitple settings and roon to adjust if required at all.  Option shims and data to do this is included.

• Optional tuning shims for further adjustment

Midvalve Post Assembly

• Two precision-machined midvalve posts

• Two custom flat washers

• Two locking nuts

• Leaf-style midvalve compression arrangement

• Compression and rebound shim stacks configured for your setup

• Rebound valving matched to the fork spring rate supplied with your order information

• OEM rebound piston to be installed

How It Improves Your Forks

Plushness With Support

A fork needs to absorb small bumps freely while maintaining support through braking bumps, corners and bigger impacts.

Our kit balances the main compression valve with a leaf-style midvalve, ( similar to the well known KYB unit ) allowing us to tune initial comfort and midstroke support to suit your riding. That can mean a softer, more compliant setting for comfort and traction, or increased support for higher speeds and harder impacts without the need to load up the main piston with very heavy shim setting.

More Controlled Damping

The upgraded piston improves oil movement, helping reduce harsh spikes and create a smoother, more predictable response through chop and repeated impacts.

A More Balanced Front End

Sharing the damping workload between the main compression valve and midvalve gives us greater control over how the fork moves through its travel.
