Fork Kit - Elevate Your Front Suspension:
Experience enhanced control and customization for your Xact USD 48 fork with our latest upgrade kit. Building on the success of our Xplor 'Flow48' adjuster kit, we've meticulously redesigned and expanded it to cater to WP's latest Xact USD 48 fork. The result is an even more refined and versatile suspension system, offering an improved feel and superior compression adjustments. Our kit provides plush initial settings with the support needed for tackling larger hits.
Still finding your fork too soft or too firm? After installing this kit, we harness the power of the Underside (FA) 'Flow adjuster' (now in replacement of LHS rebound adjuster) to control powerful comp adjustments. A mere 1 to 2 clicks in either direction can transform your fork, enabling effortless on-the-fly customization. Fine-tune compression for small bump action remains the same on the top of the USD fork via the OEM white clickers.
Compatible with WP Xact USD 48 forks, this kit includes:
- Compression 4 Port Pistons with base valving settings pre-installed.
- RHS Mid Post base setting installed and ready to fit onto the OEM shaft.
- LHS Flow Adjuster with flow adjuster post and mechanism base settings pre-installed.
- Comprehensive installation instructions.
- Clicker settings and setup information.
- Additional optional valving settings for further fine-tuning, allowing adjustments to be made firmer or softer from the base settings.
For optimal performance, we highly advise replacing the stock OEM Cartridge pressure springs with Softer Genuine WP Springs, Available here:

Shock Kit -
The new 2024 Husqvarna Xact Shock Setup Kit –
After extensive trail testing with our in-house team and riders, we've developed an upgrade kit to enhance the performance of the all new 2023-24 Xact linkage shock. We found in oem trim this shock has a firm feeling and is quite active on rebound situations. Changing the setting and action ( installing our piston kit and bladder) of this shock delivers great hold up but with a better suspension action when hitting the big bumps and washouts. The small chatter is improved with plusher initial feel and improved drive out of slippery turns in the woods.
Please install always following OEM/standard shock building procedures.

Settings / shim arrangements supplied to build the best setting for you:
- Soft: Ideal for a plush, impact-absorbing setup, suitable for Vet riders and older individuals seeking a comfortable ride on long trail rides.
- Medium: A versatile setting for those with average fitness and speed, striking a balance between softness and firmness. Offers effective bump absorption and stability.
- Firm: Designed for ex-MX racers or fit, fast, and tall riders pushing the limits on the trails. This setting provides a firmer MX-style feel, allowing you to charge through fast-paced trails with confidence. Developed with input from our in-house Vet MX racer after extensive testing on KTM EXC bikes.
