Designed for Yamaha YZ65 and YZ85 models equipped with 36mm KYB mini forks, our updated kit combines spring guides with integrated hydraulic bottoming pistons and matching hydraulic cup units.

A major improvement over our previous design, this integrated system delivers smoother fork action, improved control towards the end of the stroke and a simpler assembly for easier servicing.

    Combines spring guidance and hydraulic bottoming control in one unit, improving spring alignment and reducing internal friction for smoother, more consistent action.

  • Progressive Hydraulic Bottoming Control
    The piston and hydraulic cup work together to progressively increase resistance near the end of the stroke, helping soften heavy landings and reduce harsh feedback through the handlebars.

  • Simplified Design & Easier Servicing
    The integrated construction makes the system easier to disassemble, inspect and service.

The result: smoother action through the stroke, greater confidence on heavy hits and a more refined finish to the fork’s travel.
