Our Yamaha 85 Shock upgrade kit is a complete upgrade kit ready to install into the mini KYB shock.  We have found the OEM unit to be both restrictive harsh and limited in trackside adjustment. 

The KROOZ Racing kit allows both High and Low compression adjustment matched to a complete ready to install piston assembly that is dyno tuned and track tested to deliver results. 

 Shock Upgrade Kit includes:

  • High and Low speed compression adjuster
  • Main piston assembly and shim setting
  • Fast adjust alloy lockring
  • Specification including 3 levels of setup A/pro, B and C level racers.  Rebound settings are also included to match the spring rates required.
  • KYB genuine piston band and o-ring installed
  • Shim stacks
  • Top nut 

The shocks new setup adds rebound to settle the rear end with more stabilty under braking , more bump absorption and a stable rear end through rough, choppy conditions.

Dyno and Track tested in slippery harsh conditions here in Australia.  All terrain tested, hardpack slick to deep loam sand.
