Front – WP XACT Flow Adjuster Fork Kit

  • Compression base pistons with Krooztune-valved shim stacks
  • Flow Adjuster mid-valve post for on-the-fly control
  • External clicker assembly with 20 real clicks of adjustment

Rear – XPLOR PDS Shock Upgrade Kit

  • Krooztune 4-port compression piston with pre-set shim stacks
  • Nitrogen bladder conversion for smoother action
  • Shaft bleed circuit drill bit & detailed install instructions
  • Pre-configured medium valving (plus optional soft/firm shims)

Our Flow Adjuster system gives you 20 true clicks of range, making meaningful changes to fork feel in seconds:

  • 1–10 clicks out: Firm MX-style holdup

  • Still too soft/firm? Just click in or out — no tools, no downtime.

For optimal performance, we highly advise replacing the stock OEM Cartridge pressure springs with Softer Genuine WP Springs, Available here:

Shock Support – Plushness Without Compromise

The OEM XPLOR shock is known for being harsh initially. We fixed that. Our 4-port piston and improved bleed circuit improve plushness, grip, and consistency across the stroke. Just usable tuning range that actually works.

  • Soft Setting: Ideal for Vets, trail riders, and comfort-focused setups
  • Medium Setting: Balanced for everyday off-road and dual-sport use
  • Firm Setting: Developed for fast, aggressive riders pushing hard
