KTM / Husqvarna SX/TC65 Extended Swingarm

KROOZTUNE KTM 65 EXTENDED SWINGARM

Manufactured from High Grade 6061 T6 box radiused Alloy.  The swingarm pivot and axle ends are all CNC billet machined and deep keyed into the box for maximum strength.  All CNC parts are designed and machined here in house at Krooztune, Alloy box is sourced from the USA and each swingarm is jigged and welded by an Ex V8 Supercar Fabricator / Tech with years of racing experience at the high end of the racing industry.

The process of welding these have been refined since our very first swingarm in 2014 to a high-end finish we see today offering high strength and flex required for high-end MX racing.

After the Weld process, all swing are re-jigged and adjusted into tolerance and sent for our Latest ‘Heat treatment’ process resulting in higher strength and durability for the bigger riders.
